The trashtastic former Playboy Playmate has signed on for the next season and will start shooting as early as tomorrow, reports TMZ.

As Hollyscoop had previously reported, Dr. Drew has been having a hard time getting real celebrities to join the show.
He reportedly tried to enroll Brooke Mueller, Lindsay Lohan, DMX, Bizzy Bone, and Heather Locklear for the show—but all declined, so he's settling for quasi celebs like Tila and Shauna.
Dr. Drew is still optimistic that real celebs will join the fourth season and the show won't be canned. He tweeted a post that has since been removed, “I am not involved at all with the casting but checked with VH1 and apparently production for CR4 is on track…Rumors inaccurate.”

If you’re unfamiliar with this bronzed cougar, she’s the ex-wife of Lorenzo Llamas, and her sex tape recently got “leaked.”
Shauna tells the magazine herself, "He was so incredibly beautiful — I immediately fell in love with him, and I even gave him a key to my apartment.”
The two reportedly met when Chace was 18 and a freshman in college. Shauna is 14 years older than he is. A friend of Chace’s confirms the relationship with Star, saying, "Chace told me, 'Shauna was the first girl I ever had sex with! She blew my mind, and I'll never forget it!'"
Chace and Shauna eventually broke up after about a year of dating, and then Chace’s career got off the ground. Shauna got remarried, but divorced again in 1997.
To make things even more scandalous, sources say Chace appeared back in her life after her divorce. We assume it’s over by now! We can’t imagine Chace is too thrilled about this information getting out, while Shauna is probably psyched!

Aside from a bad divorce from Lorenzo Lamas, the only thing Shauna is famous for is her revealing outfits and stripper heels. But thanks to her new sex tape, she's about to get an additional 15 minutes of fame.
The raunchy tape features Shauna in some um...compromising positions with her French boyfriend Antoine, whom she met earlier this year in Miami.
Shauna's ex husband Romain Chavent admits that Shauna is staying mum on the subject and in fact, he didn't even know about the sex tape until this week.
"She has not answered my calls about it. When I saw her I did not know about the story," Romain told Hollyscoop at the Fox Reality Really Awards on Tuesday night.
"I think she is busy with it, talking to a lawyer," he said. "I want to see it," he added.
Shauna is now "trying to block" the release of the sex tape, but we all know better than that. How convenient. that her tape was leaked the same week that her ex husband's reality show debuted.
Shauna can pretend she's upset about the leaking of her sex tape, but we're not buying it. She did confess that she has several sex tapes lingering around, so how could she be upset about one of them going public?
One person that is clearly upset about the raunchy tape is her ex husband Lorenzo Lamas, who now has to explain to his daughters why mommy is doing the dirty to another man on camera.
Lorenzo talked to Hollyscoop Tuesday night at the Fox Reality Really Awards in Los Angeles, and needless to say, he isn't thrilled about the sex tape.
"I don’t feel great about it. The children are too young to understand it," Lorenzo told Hollyscoop exclusively, but added that "if they have any question I will talk to them about it."
He admitted that he's been in contact with her since the tape was leaked, but his children are his only priority right now.

According to TMZ, Vivid has acquired the tape, and plans to release it on October 19th.
Shauna said in a statement, "Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now."
But Vivid founder Steven Hirsch says: "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it ... We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage."
