I really want to make a joke about Shaquille O’Neil leading a gang, but honestly, I don’t wanna get roughed up.
According to the police report, seven gang members met with Ross at the Pink Dot convenience store on the Sunset Strip. They surrounded Ross’ car with their guns drawn, then jumped into Ross’ car and drove him to one of the member’s home.
Then they pistol whipped him and demanded that he turn over the tape. The seven men then took $15,000 worth of cash from Ross and let him leave to get the tape.
You can pretty much get a jist of what happened by watching a Quentin Tarantino movie. Shaq isn’t named as a suspect, but he has been interrogated by the police.
Did Shaq learn nothing from his 1996 film, Kazaam, in which he plays a genie who helps a boy who’s bullied by a neighborhood gang? I feel so duped. Rotten Tomatoes should take away this movie’s one star.
Apparently, Ross was using the tape as blackmail because Shaq cut him out of a business deal. Ross claims Shaq brought women to his home to have sex while he was married.
