Shanna Moakler Fires Back at Carrie Prejean

Shanna Moakler has fired back at Carrie Prejean after she announced she was suing Miss California for religious discrimination.

Shanna is one of the people named in the suit, and she is now firing back, insisting there’s no reason Carrie should be suing in the first place.

Shanna’s lawyer Mel Avanzado released a statement saying, “On Ms. Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean’s lawsuit is without merit.”

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler are at it again. They’ve been involved in a custody battle for months, and things heated up last night at Shanna’s family home in Rhode Island.

Travis, who has joint custody, arrived at the family home with the two children to return them to their mother, and reportedly stared screaming at her.

Carrie Prejean has found her way back into the headlines. The beauty queen is now considering suing the Miss California Organization. You may recall that she threatened to do this back in June.

Carrie specifically would be going after Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis. Donald Trump, on the other hand, will not be named in the suit.

Shanna Moakler wants to resume her duties for the Miss California organization now that Carrie Prejean has been fired.

Shanna quit after Donald Trump permitted Carrie to continue on as the CA representative. But now that she’s out, Shanna wants back in.
