We love us some Shakira especially when she does some good. This hip shaking sensation has just joined forces with fellow famous Colombian, author Gabriel Garcia Marquez, in Panama City on Tuesday to launch a child poverty foundation.
The singer launched "America Latina en Accion Solidaria" (Latin America in Solidarity Action), which aims to fight child poverty in South America. Shakira says, "We all have to do our part to fight against inequality." Others who have also enlisted to take action include Ricky Martin, Juanes, Miguel Bose, Alejandro Sanz and many more.
