Jennifer Hudson and Leona Lewis to Record SATC 2 Theme Song

Jennifer Hudson is going to be a part of Sex & the City 2! According to the NY Daily News, she and Leona Lewis have recorded a duet that just may become the theme song for the upcoming movie!

A source told The Sun, "They each have incredible voices and will appeal to both the UK and the US. It's perfect for the next SATC film."

It seems the two women are the perfect fit for the song, seeing that Hudson already appeared as Carrie Bradshaw's assistant Louise in the first film. Plus Leona has become what's known as the "go-to girl" when it comes to recording songs for film soundtracks.

Director James Cameron chose the 25-year-old to sing the "Avatar" theme, "I See You," over more seasoned divas like Christina Aguilera. And Lewis’ single, "Happy" was also a part of the film "Precious."

In related news, Leona and J-Hud will also be working together on the upcoming film "Black Jesus," which is currently in production.

With the voices on these two, we're expecting a mind-blowing ballad to go with the dramatic storyline!
