Carrie Bradshaw’s historic “Sex and The City” brownstone has just been sold for $9.85 million, according to the New York Observer.

What lucky person gets to relive all the memories?! The first time Mr. Big finally spent the night! The time Carrie went shopping and did a clothing montage in her walk-in closet! The time Aiden and Carrie bought the apartment next door but then they broke up and she returned to her trusty brownstone! Or the other time that Carrie went shopping and did a clothing montage in her walk-in closet!

Anyways, it’s been years since Sarah Jessica Parker graced the halls of this four-story, five-bedroom Manhattan townhouse, but now someone new is enjoying the place for a cool $9.85 million.

The home is regularly featured in “Sex and the City” tours in Manhattan and was also used in Woody Allen’s film, “Alice.” Tim Gunn of “Project Runway” fame also once resided in an upstairs apartment in the building.

Fun facts about the home: The townhome boasts wooden floors and six fireplaces! There are more fireplaces than bedrooms! Even the fireplaces have fireplaces!

NBC is reporting that the home was sold for $9 million in November 2011 and then quickly put back on the market in March for more than it’s original asking price.

If you find yourself wandering the streets of New York and want to know what it’s like to stumble home from a bar in a pair of Jimmy Choos with Charlotte, Samantha, and Miranda on your arms, the place is located at 64 Perry St. in Manhattan.
