Seth McFarlane Doesn't Want a Britney Cameo

Is Seth McFarlane crazy? He doesn’t want Britney Spears to do a cameo on his show?? Doesn’t he know that Britney=numbers? Well, he does seem to be doing just fine these days, so maybe there’s a method to his madness.

Seth MacFarlane has announced that he’s decided against having a cameo by Britney for Family Guy, because he thinks he won’t hear the end of it from rival show South Park. Brit was made cartoon in an episode of South Park last year, and was mocked for all of her personal problems. Seth had anticipated having Brit be on his show, but decided to scrap the plans. Britney even offered to lend her voice to Family Guy, but Seth didn’t want to start a fued with Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

He says, "That would do more harm than good. It would take too much work."

Plus, it’s not like it’s the greatest timing. Last year when South Park featured her, it was at Britney’s darkest time, when she had all of those problems. Now she seems to have cleaned up her act, and that’s not exactly the best material for a comedy.
