If you’re a Selma Blair fan, for just under $2 million, you can live in the same house she did. Or, you could save some money and just rent Cruel Intentions for a few bucks. Your choice.
Selma Blair has put her West Hollywood estate on the market for a surprising $1.78 million. I say surprising because celebs usually buy and sell their real estate for a lot more. Case in point, Candy Spelling’s mansion just went for $85 million. Yep, Candy Spelling can now buy 47.7 Selma Blair houses.
In other news, I just did math.
Anyhow, Blair’s home was built in the 1920s, and it features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It’s located on the famous Sunset Strip, and the décor is a “clean minimalist design.” Which is real estate talk for 'it’s mostly white and there’s not a bunch of junk in it'. The house also features white wood floors.
If that’s not appealing enough, there are also glass walls, a large patio, front garden, and a courtyard with its very own koi pond. Koi are those big fish you see outside of Chinese restaurants and think, "oh god is that what i just ate?"
The Hollywood bungalow also comes with two chic, black fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a large tub, separate shower, double sinks and, of course, a built-in makeup vanity. This is Hollywood, after all.
Selma bought the home back in 2004 for $1.3 million, so her profit’s not exactly going to be through the roof.
The actress gave birth to her son Arthur last July, and it looks like she’s perhaps looking for some more room for her growing family.
