Selma Blair has put her West Hollywood estate on the market for a surprising $1.78 million. I say surprising because celebs usually buy and sell their real estate for a lot more. Case in point, Candy Spelling’s mansion just went for $85 million. Yep, Candy Spelling can now buy 47.7 Selma Blair houses.

Considering she’s a celebrity, wasn’t she supposed to give him a weirder name, like Pineapple or Whopper, Jr.? She’s not doing a very good job at keeping up with celeb protocol. Is she going to not sell his photo to the tabloids, too?
The birth took place eighteen days past Selma’s due date, and her son weighed 7lbs, 12oz.

Her confirmed the good news and a source aka Selma said, "They are ecstatic....They couldn't be happier."
Selma and Jason, the founder and creative director for EVER fashion line, met while collaborating for the brand and have been dating about a year.
Okay there's seriously something in the water in Hollywood, everyone is pregnant! Either that or celebrities were super horny around August/September. Congrats guys!

He's not exactly a household name, but he sure is HOT! Everyone always talks about how unlucky in love Jennifer Aniston is, but she sure knows how to pick 'em.
We did a little research on Matt, who is known for being in Brit's Toxic music video. Now he's working on a movie called Who Is Brad Lenz, which is about pop culture and the Internet and networked through Hollywood via Myspace in its early stages.
The movie is in pre-production, and Matt actually wrote it! Hot and smart! Not bad, Jen. Not bad at all.

We don't know what she's talking about, since we think Selma is gorgeous! Sometimes you just have to take whatever is thrown at you and run with it. She's been so successful too. We'd switch with her any day!

Selma Blair is set to play a lesbian high school teacher who has a relationship with one of her students in the upcoming comedy Driving Lessons. Also in the movie will be Bow Wow, who will play the part of a wannabe thug.

NBC has cast Selma Blair opposite Molly Shannon in the new comedic pilot, "Kath and Kim," which is about the dysfunctional relationship between a mother and daughter.
The only question is, when will it air? 2009?

It's been a while since we've heard anything about actress Selma Blair. Since she hasn't gotten any press for her work, she'd thought she'll tell People magazine about her recent breakup.
Blair said, "I'm single. It was a while ago, while I was in Budapest (filming Hellboy 2)."
She adds, "I've just been reconnecting with my friends. I want someone who makes me feel good, if you know what I mean."
Why do celebrities feel the need to tell the world about their failed relationships? I never understood that. Oh well, another one bites the dust!

As we reported yesterday, supermodel turned fashion designer Kate Moss launched her fashion line for Top Shop. The line is already a big hit and is making its way in the Hollywood circles.
Actress Selma Blair sported Kate’s “Spotty Cotton” number just a day after the line was showcased at the Women’s Filmmaker Brunch during the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. The off the shoulder dress is available at Top Shop and the best part of it all is that it won't cost you an arm or a leg.

Rumor has it that actress Selma Blair has undergone a secret stint at Promises rehab facility, the same place Britney Spears resided for a month. Blair reportedly checked into the Malibu facility last month.
Friends told the Enquirer that the Blair has been struggling from a substance abuse problem for years and it just escalated after her split from husband Ahmet Zappa.
One pal said, "She embraced what she learned at Promises and distinguished herself as a model patient."
