The tattoo was inked in exchange for Stephen hoping to land a cameo on Hannah Montana. And in what seems a desperate attempt for Miley’s approval, Stephen is now publicly dissing Miley’s “rival,” Selena Gomez.
Stephen told reporters on Tuesday that Selena wasn’t “cool” enough to have her name tatted on his body, saying, “
