Sean Penn seriously wants the paparazzi to get the eff away from him. As you may recall, last October, Penn got into a scuffle with photographer Jordan Dawes outside a market in Brentwood.
Penn physically went after the guy, and ended up breaking his camera. Now the pap is suing Penn, claiming at the time of the incident, his life was threatened by the actor. Dawes says Penn told him "the next time I see you, you will be in a box."
Penn was already charged with criminal battery and vandalism over the incident back in February. That case is pending. Dawes also claims he had to have knee surgery as a result of the alleged attack.
We feel bad for the paparazzi that he got hurt, but this should be a lesson to photographers to stop invading the personal space of celebrities—it’s gotten out of hand!
