Sean Penn Rejoins Three Stooges
Sean Penn is back in The Three Stooges! He pulled out of his role in the film over the summer when his marriage was in the middle of falling apart.

He had briefly reconciled with Robin Wright Penn, and promised not to take on any roles to fix their marriage. But now that they are over, Penn has rejoined the cast.

The movie’s director Bobby Farrelly confirmed the news to the Boston Herald, saying that he’s on board, but they’re still looking for someone to fill the role of Curly.

Farrelly tells the newspaper, "We got him (Penn) back. He always said he wanted to do it after, you know, taking care of his family."

As you may recall, Jim Carrey was originally in talks to play that character, but that fell through. Jim was even putting on extra weight to play Curly. His girlfriend Jenny McCarthy said at the time, "He's gaining weight. He's going to gain 50 pounds to play Curly. He's just having so much fun with it.”

We’re surprised the Farrelly brothers haven’t been able to find anyone for the role! We’re sure there are a lot of actors who would die to work with them!
