Sean Penn Filed for Legal Separation From Robin Wright

Another one bites the dust! Sean Penn has filed for “legal separation with minor children” from wife Robin Wright, Extra reports.

According to court records, Penn filed for the separation on Friday, April 24th, 2009. This is not the first time he has filed for separation.

In December 2007, he had filed the papers but the two reconciled in April 2008. But it looks like they just couldn't make things work.

Penn and Wright have been married since April 27, 1996 and they have two children, Dylan and Hopper Jack.
