Sean Penn is taking a little personal time for himself. He’s just pulled out of his next two scheduled film projects, including the highly anticipated Farrelly brothers’ Three Stooges. We were really looking forward to that one!
The other project is the mob drama Cartel, in which he supposed to star. Penn’s publicist told
E! News, "We indeed informed both productions that Sean was not available now.
"If for whatever reason the start dates on these productions were to be postponed, Sean would happily remain involved."
Sean probably made the right choice in putting his career on hold since his personal life has been such a mess lately! He filed for separation twice from his wife Robin Wright Penn, and twice he’s asked for the papers to be rescinded.
Maybe it’s time to spend a little time with the ole fam and patch things up! We commend Sean Penn for doing so. His career will no doubt be there when he decides to return.
