Sean Kingston Tweets Photo: I'm Feeling Much Better

Sean Kingston took to twitter to tell fans he’s doing much better! The “Beautiful Girls” crooner tweeted a pic of himself throwing up a peace sign from his hospital room and said, “Feeling a lot better! God is great! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you all!”

The singer was left in critical condition over Memorial Day weekend when he crashed his Jet Ski into the Palm Island Bridge in Miami Beach. He was then rushed to the trauma unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Last week TMZ reported that Kingston was walking and breathing on his own and his condition has been upgraded from critical to serious, which is good news.

This is the first time the 21 year-old pop star has updated his fans of his health since the accident. The twitpic shows a much thinner but tired Kingston.
