Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds Split
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are dunzo, and OMG I did not see this coming!

According to TMZ, the two are living apart, and their split was “amicable.”

Sources say they quietly split six months ago, but have waited until now to release a statement.

The couple said in a statement to People, "After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage."

"We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

I’m just worried the world will implode now that the so-called two sexiest people in the world (according to People and GQ) aren’t together anymore!

But seriously, let’s think about this—they were never together. The last time they were photographed together was last June at the Tony awards.

Maybe this is why ScarJo’s performance on SNL last month was so atrocious—she couldn’t focus because she was about to lose her foxy husband!

I don’t know who to feel more sorry for—how can you date anyone after having been with either of those two hot pieces?

The two have always been super-duper private about their marriage--even their wedding was very hush-hush. They tied the knot in September of 2008 in Vancouver, which is Reynolds's hometown. They only invited close friends and family, and no photos ever came out.

It was just last month that Ryan was talking about Scarlett. He said, "You get to hang out with your best buddy every day."

Guess their marriage became more of a friendship than a romantic union. It's strange, because just before Thanksgiving Scarlett and Ryan were spotted at NYC hotspot Avenue having a really good time together. An onlooker told People at the time, "You could really see how crazy in love they are."

Another one bites the dust, I suppose.
