Hollywood hottie Scarlett Johansson plans to go under the knife to avoid becoming an "old hag." Johansson, like most Hollywood celebs, insists she has no problems with beauty-enhancing surgery.

Scarlett, who is the face of cosmetics giant L'Oreal, admits she isn't afraid to use the surgery in the future to avoid growing old ungracefully.She says, "I will definitely have plastic surgery - I don't want to become an old hag! "I think if you're comfortable with yourself that's sexy, but if you're not then go for it."
