Sarah Palin's GOP Acceptance Speech

Sarah Palin is just "an average hockey mom," but "You know what they say the difference is between a hockey mom and a pit bull? Lipstick!"

Sarah Palin delivered a very strong speech on Wednesday's GOP convention. One thing's for sure is that she definitely knows how to deliver a speech!

She also took time to blast Obama's experience since everybody has been picking on her saying, "I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a 'community organizer,' except that you have actual responsibilities."

I registered as a Democrat this year, so fed up with Bush's attitude. After the Democratic primary I could not support their man and decided not to vote this Nov. I think I changed my mind after last night. Go Sarah.

Obama was a community organizer 20 years ago and since then has been a senator at the state and federal levels. Palin is using atacks and insults to distract voters from the actual issues that need to be addressed during this election.

I love how she pointed out that Obama has never passed a law or a bill but has authored 2 memoirs!! lmao! way to put those dems in their place and back on the shelf where they belong!

Obama is looking out for HIS own personal gain. The McCAIN?PALIN ticket speaks for itself. GO REPUBLICANS!!

Wow... this is sick. #1.She threw her own kids under the bus by parading them knowing full well the current media climate. #2. I know a lot of politicians use speech writers, but this woman has just arrived on the scene... therefore, what you saw was a performance and that's all... her speech was written by a man... you can google his name. #3. My cousin is a hockey mom and has now started a Hockey Mom's for Obama campaign cause she doesn't like being described as a Pit Bull. #4. She just got her passport in 2007 so she could photo op in Iraq in a soldier's mess hall. Being a Mayor doesn't mean you're a community organizer. Holding office doesn't mean you're organizing anything. Community organizing means you're going outside a paid position to create relationships and opportunities that generally means you won't receive compensation for. #5. Lastly, she is fully responsible for whatever trauma her children have to endure now... she threw them under the bus... she didn't have to accept the nomination - there are plenty of other older, established, hard working Republican women better suited for the job of Commander-in-Chief. Palin is a joke. And if you've ever been to Alaska, you'd realize it's not a hot bed of cultural diversity... I can't believe people are willing to throw our country in the lap of this mess... and believe me, she's a mess.

Dan: Her daughter was only brought into this mess when the media decided to spread lies that she was the one who gave birth to Palin's child who has down syndrome. These sickos were questioning the maternity of that baby. Meanwhile her daughter is 5 months pregnant right now! So it's quite clear she didn't birth the little boy. Something had to be said. It's called being HONEST, asshole. I know the public isn't use to that in a politician but that's why she's so unique and refreshing! Good luck in Nov.! p.s. hockey moms, soccer moms,.... any mother can be as protective as a pit bull. Tell your cousin to take it as a compliment and grow some thicker skin~

Go Sarah...she is for real, and what's sad is that many people are becoming so phased by Obama's charisma..and don't even care to look into the real problems. McCain is not Bush...there are many many issues that separate them. HOnestly, if you want an even more selfish America, vote Obama...the truth is offensive, but when it comes down to it the importance of sacrifice for the greater good of all people is what is important now. That is what McCain stands for, but many are too selfish to accept reality and work for a living, giving America an easy way out is not going to build us stronger.
