Michelle Obama was on Jay Leno last night where she talked about her husband Barack, how her kids feel about the election, and
Sarah Palin's very expensive wardrobe.
Leno asked Michelle if the outfit she was wearing cost $60,000 and she replied, "
Actually, this is a J. Crew ensemble," she said.
"I try to be empathetic," she added. "I mean, especially a VP pick, it's like being shot out of a cannon...All of a sudden, you are the center of attention. But our policy has always been whatever we wear, for us, we buy."
