Sarah Palin is not going to be happy about this one. Levi Johnston is considering taking legal action against Bristol and the Palin's to regain custody of their 4-month-old son, Tripp.

During Wednesday's episode of Larry King Live, Levi said him and his family have already hired a lawyer and will take the Palin's to court unless they allow him to see his son.

His mother, Sherry, said, "We were just hoping that we wouldn't have to. You know, we really didn't have to want to go this way. I was hoping that we could all come to an agreement and all, you know, get together and be there for Tripp."

When Larry asked Levi if they had a formal custody agreement, Levi said, "No, we don't have anything like that." He added, "We haven't went to court or done anything at all."

Added Sherry, "We want to keep this on the lowdown and have, you know, not start trouble. But, obviously, if things don't change, that's our next action when we get back is to go forward with that, I guess."

While we understand Levi and his mother just want to see Tripp, but going on Larry King and confessing that you're considering taking the former Republican Vice-Presidential nominee to court isn't exactly keeping it "on the lowdown."
