Kudos to Sandra Bullock, who reached into her pockets to donate $1 million to the Red Cross for Japan relief efforts.
She made the donations on behalf of her family.
In a statement, the organization said: "The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family."
Bullock also donated a million to Haiti relief efforts in 2010.
