How Sandra and Jesse Got a Quickie Divorce

Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from Jesse James in April and by June her divorce was already finalized. How the hell did she do it so quickly?!

She was granted a quickie divorce because they both refused to claim alimony and waived the right to have their assets independently valued.

Documents obtained by TMZ show they settled amicably and trusted one another to tally up the total value of their assets and debts, instead of bringing in an independent evaluator.

They both signed a confidential property settlement agreement, also known as a Partition Agreement, and declined to make a claim for spousal support.

The papers also stated that "there is no child of the marriage... now under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support and none is expected," which is interesting because they adopted little Louis together from Louisiana in January.

Sandra obviously has no plans to reconcile with Jesse and will raise adorable little Louis as a single mom.
