Sandra Bullock

Well-known female actress Sandra Annette Bullock is daughter of a German opera singer, Helga and John, a government administrator and voice coach.

Sandra moved often as a teenager due to her mother’s career shuttling between Europe and the Washington, D.C. area. Sandra started her career in school plays and broadway.

She was one among starving aspiring actors with two part-time jobs as a coat-check girl and bartender. It wasn’t until 1989 that she landed her first major screen role in Bionic Showdown: The Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman.

Since then the award winning actress has earned a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and an Academy Award for Best Actress, for her role in The Blind Side.

Just weeks after winning the Academy Award for Best Actress, Sandra learned her husband Jesse James was having an affair with another woman. Within months she filed for divorce and adopted a little boy.
