Some celebrities love it and others hate it; we are talking about plastic surgery! Salma Hayek is one of those people that is strongly against going under the knife.

Believe it or not, the 43-year-old mother is all-natural and she admits that she doesn’t understand why women get Botox.

“No surgical tweaks. No Botox either,” Hayek told InStyle magazine.
