Ryan Seacrest To Host New Years Eve Countdown

Dick Clark out, Ryan Seacrest in! Well, sort of. The hardest working guy in show biz is taking on another job, he's going to host the New Years Eve countdown in NYC, and Dick Clark will help him co-host.

The show will be called "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest." And Clark and Seacrest will share producing credits for the special.

After Dick Clark suffered a stroke back in 2005, he hasn't been able to attend to most of his hosting duties, but this one is still pretty special to him. Luckily Ryan will be there to add some spice to the show.
