Somewhere, Brian Dunkleman is crying in the shower.

‘Bri-who Dunkle-what now?’ Exactly.

Clear Channel has reportedly invested a whopping $300 million in Ryan Seacrest Media. What is Ryan Seacrest Media you ask? Well, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Ryan Seacrest is single-handedly his own media company now. He’s the reporter, he’s the producer, he’s the host, he’s that little machine that records the DV tapes.

Because Ryan Seacrest can’t be satisfied having only 4 jobs (unemployment rates? What’s that?) Seacrest may be taking over for Matt Lauer on The Today Show, if Lauer doesn’t renew his contract next year.

As much as I love Matt Lauer (and I do, he’s like that safe guy that you settle down with who thinks that adults taking vacations to Disneyworld Florida is normal) but I just love Ryan Seacrest so much more.

Sources told the Wall Street Journal that Seacrest is a “possible successor” for the morning show, and he has reportedly already met with executives for the show earlier this week.
Don't MISS out on Breaking News!
Regis Philbin holds the world's record for most hours in U.S. television. So, the man needs a break. On Friday Regis made his exit from his long-running show, Live With Regis and Kelly. Which of course, used to be Live With Regis and Kathie Lee.

Reg kept good on his promise to not cry on Friday's farewell show, which was pretty much one big tribute to the man. Ripa read a letter to him about the "43 steps" they took together each morning to the stage. Ripa said:

"You always want to make me feel like a million bucks," Ripa said to Philbin.

Regis' goodbye was saved for last:

"Some people ask, why has the show stayed on so long? And I think it's answered to me every time people tell me why they watch it.

You know you’ve made it in Hollywood when you have to request a restraining order against a stalker. Some celebs may have crazy fans, but some fans are so crazy they need a court mandated restraining order to keep them away.

Lindsay Lohan: Lindsay was granted a restraining order just a couple months ago for a man named David Cocordan who was stalking her, claiming to be her fiancé, sending her hundreds of text messages, and showing up to her house and her court hearings. Wait? How’d he get her phone number?

Justin Timberlake: In 2009 Justin Timberlake had a lady stalker that claimed she was destined to rule the world and wanted to marry Timberlake so he could rule with her. Huh? Apparently her idea of marrying him meant repeatedly showing up at his house. Creepy!
I know we're going to lose 100% of our male readers once I say this, but Julianne Hough has been the latest victim of leaked cell phone photos.

...And there go all of our straight male readers, headed for the Google search bar.

On Tuesday, the Footloose actress/dancer joined the ranks of Hollywood beauties who have had their smart phones hacked.

And like any beautiful woman who wants to immortalize her good looks, Julianne likes to take pictures of herself. She had a bunch of "racy" photos on her phone that mostly consisted of her posing in a skimpy bikini.

Ryan Seacrest is the only person who can Keep Up with the Kardashians, and thanks to the hit show, he was named the most powerful man in Reality TV.

Seacrest has topped the Hollywood Reporter’s fourth annual Reality Power List, beating out Simon Cowell for the number one stop. I can see Simon throwing a fit and ripping up some black t-shirts out of anger.

‘American Idol’ creator Simon Fuller said: “Ryan absolutely has his finger on the pulse because he’s talking to America every day through his radio show. He knows what people are thinking about, and as a producer that really gives him a leg up. “He’s the unsung hero of ‘American Idol’. Ryan is one person I would not want to lose.”

Ryan added: “I work best inundated with things when it’s like raining information.”

Other noticeable names include ‘Jersey Shore’ producer SallyAnn Salsano at number 10, British chef Gordon Ramsay at 20 and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner who appears on the list at number 50.

Hollywood Reporter’s Reality Power List Top 10:

1) Ryan Seacrest
2) Mike Darnell
3) Jennifer Bresnan
4) John Saade & Vicki Dummer
5) Nancy Dubuc
6) Simon Cowell
