Ryan Phillippe's relationship with Reese Witherspoon didn't work but he's not bitter about it. When speaking to Howard Stern, Ryan said that he loves his ex-wife and he's happy knowing that she's happy.
When asked about Reese's new man Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan responded saying, "He's a good dude…. I love her and I want her to happy, and it seems like she is."
The rest of the interview he went off denying all the hookup rumors about him and Hollywood starlets.
On hooking up with Ashlee Simpson in March 2007: "Again, not true," Phillippe responded. "I stood next to her at a place called Les Deux, a club in Los Angeles.”
