Ryan Phillippe is single and ready to mingle! Unfortunately his mingling is done in sort of a different way.
Phillippe was out drinking at the Chateau Marmont last Thursday and, according to the NY Post, he got a little rowdy. "He was really obnoxious," a spy said. "He started screaming at these girls, 'Hey, you're hot! Get over here!' The girls just ignored him."
When all that was unsuccessful he moved his party to Teddy's. Maybe he got lucky there?
