West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll told a local news station that Dunn's blood alcohol level was .196—nearly two and a half times Pennsylvania's legal limit of .08.
Carroll said, "No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol."
Police also confirmed that Dunn was driving at 130 miles per hour at the time of the crash. Carroll told reporters the accident reconstruction team was able to determine the speed. Dunn's car collided with a guardrail before crashing into the woods and bursting into flames.
The Chief says he's "never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was…even before it caught on fire."
Carroll added that it was the worst accident he's ever seen by far.
Dunn's close friend and Jackass star Bam Margera broke down when he visited the site of the crash.
Margera visited the site Tuesday and says he was in Arizona when he got the news. Crying uncontrollably, Margera said it was "the worst phone call I've ever gotten in my life."
Reporters asked how he would get through the tragedy. Bam simply replied, "I can't. I can't."
