West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll told a local news station that Dunn's blood alcohol level was .196—nearly two and a half times Pennsylvania's legal limit of .08.

The passenger in the fatal car crash that killed Ryan Dunn has been identified. Dunn was accompanied by friend, Zachary Hartwell. Hartwell was a 30-year-old stuntman who was a production assistant on ‘Jackass 2’ and had a small role in Bam Margera’s 2009 flick, “Minghags.”

Hartwell was pictured in the photo that Dunn posted to his Twitter just hours before their untimely death. The photo depicts Dunn, Hartwell and another friend drinking and smoking at Philadelphia bar, Barnaby’s of America.

Ryan Dunn of Jackass fame was involved in a fatal car crash in Pennsylvania early Monday morning.

Dunn and an unidentified person both died in the crash, which happened at Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township.
