When Jasmine Fiore's body was discovered in a dumpster in Buena Park, Ca. her fingers had been cut off and all of her teeth had been pulled out, but thanks to the serial number in her breast implants, Police were able to identify her and start the investigation into her death.
"We actually have had several cases where we identified the victim or the defendant in that way," Orange County District Attorney spokeswoman Susan Schroeder tells People. She says implants carry serial numbers "because of the potential for recalls."
Fiore's ex husband Ryan Alexander Jenkins was officially charged with murder on Thursday, but he's believed to be on the run in Canada after his black BMW was found near the boarder last week.
Orange County District Attorney spokesperson Farrah Emami tells Us Weekly, Jenkins "is clearly dangerous, desperate and maybe armed. He has already murdered the person he was supposed to love the most. We are asking Jenkins to turn himself in and really appealing to people's moral right to come forward and turn him in because he is clearly dangerous."
An international manhunt is on for Jenkins and the U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $25,000 reward for information on Jenkin's whereabouts.
Fiore's mother is so devasted by the loss of her daughter she said she can't wait for Jenkins to be caught and hopes he suffers the same torture he inflicted on her daughter. "I want to hold him down and pull his teeth out," she tells the New York Daily News. "We all do."
