It's been a week or so since she's had any major drama in her life, so the celebrity gods got bored and decided to make life difficult for Rumer Willis again.
Rumer Willis' home in the Hollywood Hills has reportedly been burglarized, and thieves made off with roughly $10,000 worth of stolen goods.
Sources tell TMZ that Rumer's home is currently undergoing construction but within the past 24 hours, someone entered through an outside gate. How did they get in, you ask? The went to the lock with a blow-torch. TMZ reports:
“According to law enforcement sources, the burglar then entered the home and snatched up roughly $10,000 worth of the contractor's tools from the work site ... before taking off. It's unclear if any of Rumer's personal belongings were also taken.”
So far, no arrests have been made and the incident is currently under investigation.
Rumer reportedly witnessed her mother's now infamous seizure that led to her hospital stay and rehab stint. Rumer has remained relatively low key since the incident, but her pal Zac Efron says she's doing “fine” after Demi's hospitalization.
“She's doing OK, she's doing fine,” Efron recently said. “It's tough what she's going through right now, but she seems to be handling it really well,”
Zac added: “Me and Rumer have been friends for some time. I know Demi is going through some personal stuff…I just wish her well. I hope she's doing OK.”
Demi is reportedly receiving treatment for substance abuse and anorexia.
