Guess 71 isn’t too old to get hitched! Robert Redford married artist Sibylle Szaggars on Saturday in Hamburg, Germany! People confirms the news, reporting that the two tied the knot in front of just 30 guests.

The officiant, Pastor Frank Engelbrecht of Hamburg's St. Catherine Church, said the couple "wanted a very intimate ceremony." He performed the ceremony at the luxury Louis C. Jacob Hotel in Hamburg.

The bride reportedly wore a champagne colored gown, while Robert wore a white suit. Redford was previously married to Lola Redford from 1958 until their 1985 divorce. They have three surviving children. Szaggars, 51, is an abstract painter whose work has been exhibited internationally.

Good for them! We wish Robert and his new wife happiness!

Well known as an environmentalist, Robert Redford is embarking on a new journey to raise awareness. He'll be the narrator of a new IMAX film about a Grand Canyon River Trip. The reason for the film is to raise awareness about water conservation as a drought threatens the area around the Colorado River.

From his office in Park City Utah, Redford explained a little more about the imminent problem. "The river is endangered now on a number of fronts. Its volume is shrinking because of a megadrought cycle that's now facing the Southwest, and some scientists predict that it could last into the next century."

This information refers to a recent study forecasting that lakes Powell and Mead could dry up in the next 13 years amid climate change and increasing demand for water.

Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk 3D opens nationwide Friday.
