The Twilight stars have cemented their place in Hollywood. No, they didn’t win an Oscar or do anything cool like that, but rather, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner placed their hands and feet into a plot of cement on the Walk of Fame near the Hollywood Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

This means something to tourists who think Hollywood and Highland is a “vacation destination.”

Like 250 movie stars that came before them, The Holy Twilight Trinity got down and dirty with a section of wet cement on Hollywood boulevard.

This handprint thing happened this morning in a ceremony that only lasted a few minutes. That’s what she said.

The stars parents were all there to witness the event, and Robert Pattinson’s mom, Claire Pattinson turned to a friend as said, “This is all a bit wacky!”

Really? You mean they don’t stuff celebrity hands and feet into the sidewalk over in England?

The actors were introduced by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and Twilight author Stephanie Meyer. Kimmel joked, “Taylor will also be putting his abs in the cement.”

The Twilight stars themselves then came out greeting and thanking fans before bumbling into their awkward 1-2-3 punches that this trio thinks is giving a good interview.

Kristen awkwardly says something before passing off the mike to Taylor, “Hollywood, I think this is the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life,” says Stewart, “This is insane that I’m doing this and I think they should start talking now.”

Then, Lautner, who is the only Twilight member who seems to have gone to PR etiquette school, kindly says, “There are a few moments that mean so much, it's really even hard to explain, and this is definitely one of those.”

And then his publicist patted him on the head.

And then Mr. Pattinson, who tries his hand at “telling jokes” whenever possible says, “This is incredibly scary. I also forgot how hot LA was. I shouldn’t have worn a suit.”

Weather jokes? Ba dum ching!

“This is such an incredible honor,” says Pattinson, “How young we are, it’s kind of ridiculous and amazing at the same time.”

And then they pressed their hands and feet into the cement and it was over.

The trio stuck around greeting fans and signing autographs for all the Twihards who crowded the theater entrance.

Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1 opens on November 18.
