In light of the recent Twi-gate scandal, it was rumored that Robert Pattinson was canceling all his upcoming promotional appearances for his new flick Cosmopolis because he needed more time to mope, or cry, or whatever it is he's up doing at Reese Witherspoon's house.

Well, it turns out that when your boring stoner girlfriend cheats on you, it’s not that debilitating after all because it’s “full steam ahead” over at Team Pattinson.

His rep released a statement confirming that Rob WILL be at the August 13th premiere of Cosmopolis, which is both a confirmation and an invitation to stalk the heartthrob. You get that Twihards? He’s be in NEW YORK on AUGUST 13th!

“Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting,” his rep said in a statement Wednesday, “No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate.”

Cosmopolis is a strange little art film that Robert made last year with director David Cronenberg and this is the part where I would normally describe what the movie is about, but I’ve seen the trailer 10 times and still can't figure out what's happening in it.

Anyway, while Rob awaits the media frenzy that will greet him at the premiere (what might be his first public outing since the cheating scandal) he’s hiding out at Reese Witherspoon’s vacation home in Ojai, California.

However, some reports are claiming that Pattinson is NOT staying at Reese’s home but rather his whereabouts are still unknown.

For now, he’s still hot. He’s still scorned. He’s still going to do press for Cosmopolis on August 13.
