Robert Pattinson thinks he’s old fashioned because he believes in getting married to someone that he’s in love with. Awww I know someone who doesn’t believe in that, and her name rhymes with Dim Dardashian.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have finally become more open about the fact that they’ve been in a relationship for what feels like forever, and Rob talks about his character, Edward Cullen, in the Twilight series on why they have a lot in common when it comes to romance.
“I guess I must be because everyone is always telling me that Edward is kind of old-fashioned, but I always see him as fairly normal. I mean, he just knows what he wants. He’s in love with someone and he just likes the idea of getting married to them. I guess I kind of agree with that," says Pattinson.
He also forgot to mention the part about Edward Cullen wanting to kill Bella every time he’s near her and the fact that she’ll only marry him if he’ll eventually suck her blood and turn her into a vampire. But sure, old fashioned love, that’s one way to describe that vampire soap opera they call Twilight.
Also because I am a low-key crazy person and know too much about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, I know that K-Stew doesn’t “believe in” marriage.
She stated back in August, “I like the thought of two people staying together for the rest of their lives. For me, however, this doesn’t need to be sealed with signatures,” she said
So Rob believes in the same “old fashioned” things that his character believes in (marriage) while his real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart does not. So this relationship is eventually going to crash and burn. Ladies, get your “I want Edward Cullen to bite me” t-shirts out of the laundry hamper, because my guess is this guy wont be in a relationship with Kristen for very long.
Pattinson also says he totally doesn’t understand why girls find vampires attractive.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a vampire movie where I think the vampires are attractive. Ok, girls are sometimes kind of sexy, but guys end up looking worse than they do in their real life with the pale make-up and the fangs,” he admits.
What? He doesn’t think pale glittery skin and blood dripping down someone’s chin is sexy? Three-words, Twilight Fan Fiction. Those girls go nuts for that sh-t. Yes it’s creepy, but boy is there an audience.
He continues, “I’ve watched ‘True Blood’ and all those guys are great looking, but you put vampire make-up on them and they look less handsome on the show than they do in reality.”
