Twilight fans go hard. They waited for weeks in the bitter cold for the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I movie premiere. Okay, it doesn't get that cold in Los Angeles, but I'm betting these guys would've waited through a blizzard just to watch Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart walk the black carpet.
Hollyscoop talked to Rob at the movie premiere about his role as Edward Cullen in the famous saga.
"You just try and give something back I guess," Pattinson said about rising to massive fame at a young age. "The only thing I know how to do is try and make better movies. If people like to see you in stuff you might try to make it as good as you can."
And what about those infamous Twi-hards? Pattinson says that, despite their fervor, the fans remain respectful to the stars. "It's never really creepy," Pattinson said of his encounter with Twi-hard behavior. "I always get kind of generic stuff."
Hollyscoop also caught up with another Twilight hottie, Taylor Lautner, and talked to him about the hoopla.
"It's unbelievable," Lautner said. "It’s great to see [the fans] again. I mean, they are our motivation so it’s great to be back and see them."
We asked Lautner about his character's role in Twilight: Breaking Dawn. Taylor told Hollyscoop: "This was a huge stepping-stone for him. He really changes a lot in this one. It’s an emotional roller coaster for Jacob."
Lautner continued: "If you like the first three that’s been building up to this, this is the moment you’re going to want to see."
And yet another Twilight heartthrob, Kellan Lutz, added:
"It’s just great to play a character that you can continuously add to throughout the circumstances that all of us go through--from the wedding, from the pregnancy, from the thing growing inside, you all get to react differently and you do it as a family."
Lutz told Hollyscoop: "We’re such a close-knit family, especially working so closely and much together, that something that memorable just sticks in your head as such a beautiful moment."
Lutz added: "We're all looking forward to seeing the wedding scene."
Sure, the wedding, among other scenes. Because, I can't lie, listening to Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart talk about those sex scenes makes me want to create babies.
