It’s the case of the stinky vampire!
Rob Pattinson may be every tween girl’s fantasy right now, but you may want to keep a little distance from him!
According to an on-set source working with Rob on New Moon, he has a little problem with B.O. The source says, "He stinks. I mean, it's awful. He never showers, and it drives people on the set crazy. A second crewmember added, "He completely reeks.”
And before you go thinking those crewmembers are just jealous of Rob’s suave attitude and good looks, remember that Rob himself admitted to having poor hygiene in the past.
In a interview with
Extra, Rob told them that he doesn’t care much about cleanliness. When asked if it was true that he once said he hadn't washed his hair for six weeks, he answered, "Probably. I don't know. I don't really see the point in washing your hair."
He went on to compare his personal hygiene with his living conditions, saying, "If you don't care if your hair's clean or not then why would you wash it? It's like, I don't clean my apartment 'cause I don't care. I have my apartment for sleeping in and I have my hair for just, you know, hanging out on my head. I don't care if it's clean or not."
Talk about TMI. We love Rob for his ability to seem nonchalant about fame and paparazzi following him all the time. And although it’s refreshing to see an actor not get caught up in all of it, we do wish he’d care just a little more! And for the sake of
Kristen Stewart too! She’s the only who has to do all the steamy scenes with him!
