Kristen Stewart casually claimed her rumored beau and co-star
Rob Pattinson is "romantic" in the latest issue of
Harpers Bazaar not knowing her comment would make headline news.
Twilight fans hang on every word that comes out of Rob and Kristen's mouth so for Kristen to claim Rob was romantic, well, lets just say a lot of teen girls probably fainted. Unfortunately, it's not true.
"I can't think of a single romantic thing that I've ever done," Rob said while promoting
New Moon in Los Angeles on Friday.
"I would never serenade someone to be romantic – you have to have so much balls to do that. I put a flower in someone's locker when I was 15 years old, this girl called Maria. She thought that it was someone else and the other guy claimed it as well, which is great."
He may not be super romantic, but he's a sucker for romantic flicks, otherwise known as chick flicks. "It's like saying guys can't appreciate romance," he says.
"I've watched Titanic and I didn't think, 'Oh, this is a girl's film.'" Similarly, he says, "I felt like the storyline in New Moon is very heartbreaking and true. I didn't think I was doing something just for the sake of romance."
Rob does everything with so much class, it can easily be mistaken for romantic. One look in your eyes and your heart melts, so it's almost impossible not to consider him romantic.
