Rihanna Will Testify in Chris Brown Case if Required

There's been a lot of speculation as to whether or not Rihanna will testify against Chris Brown come April 6th.

Rihanna's lawyer Donald Etra said she could wind up testifying in the felony assault case, but only if she's required to.

"She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do," Etra tells Us Weekly. "If she is required to testify, she will do so."

Rihanna was noticeably absent from Chris' court hearing yesterday afternoon, but her lawyer was there on her behalf.

Etra refused a "no-contact order" on Rihanna's behalf, which means Chris isn't ordered to stay away from her.

"Miss Fenty [Rihanna] does not request such an order," he told the Judge yesterday afternoon. When asked how she is doing, Etra said, "She is doing fine. She really appreciates the love and support of her fans."

The couple reunited last week and are reportedly holed up in a hotel room somewhere in Beverly Hills. Chris was spotted at the SLS hotel bar late last night but Rihanna was nowhere in sight. Where in the world could Rihanna be?
