Chris Brown will soon come face-to-face with his ex girlfriend
Rihanna, for she's been subpoenaed to testify against him in court.
Rihanna was served in person Tuesday in Los Angeles with the subpoena for the June 22 hearing in Superior Court, her lawyer Donald Etra confirms to People magazine.
"Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators," Etra says. "If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."
The judge handling the case had previously
denied a request by to Chris’ attorney Mark Geragos to access LAPD records to find out who leaked the photo of a battered-looking Rihanna to the press.
The purpose of the June 22nd hearing is to determine if there's enough evidence against Brown to go to trail. The judge and the DA seem determined to get the case going, and Rihanna's testimony can make or break the case. What do you think will be the outcome of the trail?
