Rihanna, like the rest of the world, was pretty disappointed in
Chris Brown's apology and expected much more.
According to a longtime friend of Rihanna's she was reportedly "appalled" by his statement. And Rihanna's camp has officially declined to comment on it.
"All of us, including Rihanna, don't understand how he can say he's sorry on the one hand, but still... does not admit any guilt," a longtime friend of Rihanna's tells the
Chicago Sun Times. "He should have expressed more contrition."
Chris Brown released a public
apology on Sunday saying he was "sorry and saddened" about the situation.
