Rihanna Ordered to be at Chris Brown's Next Hearing

Rihanna won’t be able to avoid Chris Brown for too much longer. She’s just been subpoenaed and ordered to appear at Chris’ preliminary hearing.

Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra said Rihanna will comply with the order and appear in court on June 22nd.

It will be up to the judge to decide whether or not Rihanna will be forced to take the stand to give her side of the story as to what took place on the night of the alleged attack.

Today LA Judge Patricia Schnegg denied a request to allow Chris’ attorney Mark Geragos to access LAPD records to find out who leaked the photo of a battered-looking Rihanna to the press.

Schnegg told Geragos that the infamous picture “does not impact the validity of the police investigation and the arrest of your client."

Chris did not attend today’s hearing, and remains free on bail.
