Rihanna Helps Woman Search For Bone Marrow Donor

Rihanna is taking her new job as cultural ambassador for Barbados very seriously, and is already hard at work. She's currently working with donor network DKMS to help find a bone marrow donor for a New York woman.

41-year-old Lisa Gershowitz Flynn is a mother of two who has leukemia, and has 4 to 6 weeks to find a donor.

Rihanna says her heart broke when she heard the news, and wanted to get the word out right away. What an amazing girl Rihanna is. Not only is she a huge talent, but a great role model.
