Rehab

…for a documentary. Demi Lovato doesn’t shy away from talking about her personal problems. In fact, she made a career comeback because of it, and she’s only nineteen.

On Tuesday morning’s 'Today' show, Demi performed “Give Your Heart a Break” and previewed “Demi Lovato: Stay Strong,” a new documentary that will air tonight on MTV. It follows Demi’s ongoing treatment
Spice, whip-its, whatever…Demi Moore is done with rehab and back in L.A.

Touching down in the city on a private jet last night, Demi greeted a woman waiting at the tarmac with a big hug.

TMZ posted the photos of Demi’s return, and it’s the first we’ve seen of her ever since her January 23 seizure incident. At the time, Demi’s rep said she was seeking “professional assistance” to treat exhaustion and improve her overall health. The rep didn’t reveal where Demi was getting her treatment.
Don't MISS out on Breaking News!
Demi Moore has left Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab center and is now “on vacation.” Last time I checked, The Cirque Lodge was basically a vacation? It’s got “cirque” in it’s name, that’s fancy. Hooray for Hollywood.

In all seriousness, Demi Moore just checked out of Utah’s Cirque Lodge and is apparently at an undisclosed location, this according to E! news.
Let’s be real, it didn’t really sound like Gerard Butler had much of a problem. Have you seen these celebrity rehab places? He probably just checked in for vacation.

Gerard Butler recently checked into the Betty Ford Center for a three week stint to overcome a dependency on prescription drugs. According to TMZ, Gerard didn’t have a full-blown problem, but he wanted to nip his dependency in the bud before it got out of hand. Plus, those rooms are really, really nice.
Gerard Butler is at Betty Ford for "pain management." This is almost as confusing as Demi's Red Bull addiction.

According to TMZ, Gerard Butler decided to get a head start with a mounting problem. The actor is reportedly being treated for substance abuse at the Betty Ford Center. Gerard has been at the center for three weeks now, and TMZ reports that he's there for "pain management."

The site says that Butler's issues with pain management started with shooting '300' back in 2006.
Turns out that Whitney Houston's inner circle, including her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, urged her to go to rehab in the weeks leading up to her death. But the singer shut down the talk, according to RadarOnline.com.

A source told the site: "Bobbi Kristina, Clive Davis, and members of Whitney's closest advisers were urging her to go back to rehab because people close to her saw her downward spiral into drugs and alcohol.”

The source added that although Clive tried his best to help Whitney, there was nothing he could do.
So this whole rehab thing is really happening. Demi Moore has been receiving treatment for her substance abuse and anorexia in rehab, and now more details are beginning to emerge regarding her stay.

Moore is reportedly receiving treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. It's the same place that treated Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary Kate Olsen. And namely, the actress is prohibited from weighing herself. A source told RadarOnline:
After Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital on Jan. 12 for dangerously mixing alcohol and Xanax.

Wait, she was hospitalized specifically for mixing alcohol and Xanax? Why isn’t all of Beverly Hills hospitalized at this point? Moving on.

Locklear has been released from the hospital in good health and while many speculated if she would return to rehab for a third time...

Is it just me or is Heather Locklear slowly turning into Lindsay Lohan? From what we've been hearing lately, she's at about a Stage 3 Lindsay Lohan, which I'd say is Lindsay circa 2007.

Heather's meltdown began in the media on January 12, when it was reported that she was rushed to the Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA. But as it turns out, she's been having issues prior to this.

Amy Winehouse tragically lost her life this morning at just 27 years old, after years of drug and alcohol abuse.

Amy had several unsuccessful stints in rehab, the most recent being May of this year. She famously sang about not wanting to go to rehab, but sadly years of substance abuse caught up with her body.

Amy’s father Mitch tried to help her get clean numerous times throughout the years, but to no avail. On July 23, 2011 at 3:54pm two ambulances were called to Amy's London home in Camden, London. Shortly afterward, the Metropolitan Police confirmed her death. She was only 27 years old.

David Sack, MD, who currently serves as CEO at Promises Treatment Centers, tells Hollyscoop he wasn’t surprised Amy had so many unsuccessful rehab stints...
