Ryan Doesn't Want Support - Reese Witherspoon

Ryan Phillippe seems to be a good guy after all.

Phillippe filed paperwork in court this week and it's apparent he wants a clean divorce. Reese Witherspoon had filed divorce papers in November citing irreconcilable differences and had requested Phillippe not get any sort of spousal support.

Well, Phillippe’s documents indicate that he is not after her money and does not want spousal and child support he just wants joint custody of his children.

Although Ryan didn’t want any sort of child support, the two did not sign any sort of prenuptial agreement so he is still going to be ballinnn at the end of the divorce.

like any responsible woman, it is in the best interest of the children to give the boot to a cheating husband. it sends the wrong message to the childnre by staying with someone like that. For the record, Ryan is NOT seeking spousal support regardless of how much money Reese makes. More power to the woman for filing the divorce papers. I am SICK of these men walking all over their wives/girlfriends, cheating and partying when they are supposed to be in commited relationships. I hope she did hook up with jake gyllenhaal. That woman needs a younger and more attractive man that has brains. At least Jake Gyllenhaal went to college, while ryan barely has an adequate high school education. Needless to say, reese witherspoon is a strong and intelligent woman with strong family values and knows what's best for her children. I know if I have children, I would not want them around a father (or anyone else for that matter) who has lesser than par values. Cheating is definitely not an exemplification of values.

He gets half of what she has earned, so of course he's not going to ask for any support. I don't see how it makes him a good guy for not asking for support. I feel bad for her.

I don't get your last comment. CA is a joint property state - correct? So, assuming Reese has the greater assets :), then she is the one that will be crying about the financial split.

i dont think he cheated on her like everyone insisted he did. she seems to be a bitter bitch and maybe she cheated on him with jake? they always blame the guy but in this case i dont know
