While 90% of the general public is convinced that
Joaquin Phoenix's alleged "rap career" is a hoax, he has the support of his former
Walk the Line co-star
Reese Witherspoon.
Reese not only supports his new career, she's willing to "pick up" his new album when "it drops."
Reese, who won an Oscar for her role as Johnny Cash's second wife June Carter in the biopic, told Empire: "Sure, he's great. He's very musical obviously. He knows what he's doing."
She added, "I'm not following his rap career but I'm sure his album, whenever it hits the stores, whenever it 'drops', I'm going to go pick it up."
