No Prenup in Reese/Ryan Split

All's fair in love and war? Not when there's no prenup involved! According to TMZ.com Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe had no prenup...and the financial consequences are enormous! Oh- Oh!

Witherspoon is Hollywood's highest paid actresses, she now commands $29 million a movie. Yup, you read it right, $29 million, which makes her the Queen B of Hollywood.

Phillippe makes roughly around $2.5 million a film, which ain't too shaby, but he's clearly not in the same league as Witherspoon. Sounds like another Nick and Jessica situation to me. Under California law, without a prenup, earnings during a marriage are divided up 50/50.

This marriage has been O-V-A for a while now, so don't hold your breath waiting for a reconciliation. It's just a matter of time before divorce papers are drawn up. tha tha tha...another one bites the dust!
