Redmond O'Neal to Be Transferred From Prison to Rehab

According to sources, Redmond showed up to a courtroom in Santa Clarita this morning for a hearing and pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance.
Under the deal, he must complete one year in treatment at residential rehab at Impact in Pasadena, CA. He’s also on three years probation, and if he violates probation, he goes to state prison for six years.
O'Neal won't be released to Impact until Commissioner Godfrey at the Airport Court signs off on him being transferred to Impact in Pasadena, CA. Redmond will appear before the commissioner on Thursday, September 24. Details to follow…
