Redmond O'Neal to Be Transferred From Prison to Rehab

Redmond O'Neal is set to be released from prison. The troubled son of Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett is reportedly being sent to a rehab facility to continue his treatment for drug addiction.

According to sources, Redmond showed up to a courtroom in Santa Clarita this morning for a hearing and pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance.

Under the deal, he must complete one year in treatment at residential rehab at Impact in Pasadena, CA. He’s also on three years probation, and if he violates probation, he goes to state prison for six years.
