Commissioner Jane Godfrey signed a removal order today which will allow Redmond to be temporarily released so that he can pay respects to his mother.

Sad news to report. Actress Farrah Fawcett is reportedly in grave condition just days after longtime love Ryan O'Neal announced that the couple were getting married.

Family and friends are asked to visit her to say their final goodbyes as she fights for her life. A priest was summoned to Farrah's bedside on Wednesday to read the devout Catholic her last rites.

Redmond O'Neal appeared before a judge again today looking tired and gaunt.

He pleaded not guilty today to a felony charge of drug possession stemming from his April arrest when he allegedly brought heroin into a prison parking lot.
